Les Chimeres - Toulouse

I go to this coffee once a month, when I pass on toulouse, and I'm having breakfast there. I appreciate the geographical location there; the terrace in summer and well on a part of breakfast, partly because on the breakfast that bears the name chimera, there is a small salad, old leaves never fresh from the day before, failing, seeing even damaged, then once, I emphasize, twice I recurrence signal, three times idem and when every time I have the same answer “I do it”

We ate well but nothing exceptional, a lot of waiting. We had to call the waitress to take the order and the table next to us left without eating the dish because 3/4 waiting hours since the entrance. the servers looked lost, outdated (for all the tables were not taken), we were brought a coffee while we started the meat. brief organization to review.

Extremely disappointed.. quality product and service upstairs more than average. We cleaned our table ourselves so we could finally sit down. customer concider level we'll come back.

A very good address. very copied portions, very nice reception and service and very reasonable addition.

We're welcome. meals are good and varied. a good value for money. the restaurant is well located, at the exit of the St cyprian metro.
