When I returned my sandwich to have it remade, the wait was excessively long, and it was evident that it hadn’t really been remade—just recooked. Honestly, I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Moreover, the selection of ice cream flavors has been greatly reduced. I won’t be returning to this restaurant, even though I’ve been a loyal customer since it first opened.

Used to be my favorite place to get a sundae when you actually had a decent amount of toppings that would be layered throughout. Now it's just a very small amount sprinkled on the top. Definitely not worth 9 dollars anymore I'll find another place to spend my money. Would not recommend anyone waste their time or money

I purchased a large chocolate milk shake recently. Surprised on the quality of the product as it was watery with hardly any ice cream flavor tasting more like chocolate milk. This was my 3rd time purchasing milk shakes here and each time it has been not good. Service is very slow with no attention what so ever towards the timely filling or customers orders and satisfaction. Granted this is a time of product shortages and staff challenges but their employee's just don't seemed interested in providing good service. Needless to say I won't be back as there are much better alternatives for ice cream available.
