Domino's Pizza - Town of Reading

Never again will I order from Dominos. App tracker showed my order delivered. Didn 't have my food so I called the store. I explained what was going on. I was told call the driver . Wait, why should I the customer call their driver? I then asked for a manager and was told I was talking to him. I was told the driver 's phone number was in the app. I then said let me get this straight, as the customer, I should call your driver to see where they delivered my food? The response I got from the manager What do you want me to do about it? I 'm at the store. This was the Manager 's response?!Wow, deleting the app. I will never order from this store again.

The last 3 times I've ordered pizza from here have been tragic. Each trip consisted of 2 large hand-tossed pizzas. I should've learned after the 2nd time they messed up my pizza. The first trip resulted in a cold pizza that looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for a few hours... disgusting! On the 2nd trip, both pizzas were so thin there were HOLES in the crust. On this 3rd and final trip, one of the pizzas was stretched so thin it seemed like they used the dough (amount). The pizza was gross and tasted like cardboard. There was no flavor like other Domino locations. Lucky for them I erased the pictures of the pizzas with holes, burnt, and looked old since I was unable to leave a review the following day. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

This was my go to pizza place when I’m home. Now I will never buy a pizza there again! I ordered a pizza from there convenient app, It arrived in a timely manner unfortunately, it was not Fully cooked. I ordered a pie with extra cheese and we ate the first slice. I was like wow they put cheese underneath of all the toppings that’s unique but after more inspection, it wasn’t cheese. It was the dough of the deep dish. Sadly it was the pizza dough that was gooey just like cheese. I said OK no big deal let’s call the Store and let them know our pizza is undercooked. Immediately, the lady that answered phone answered with an attitude then when I told her what had happened, she asked me if I wanted a credit to my account and I told her no this is our dinner, and I would like a new pizza she didn’t like that request. . She then asked me my address which made me think that she will pull up the order but then she asked me how I ordered the pizza I told her exactly how I ordered it and she literally hung up without apologizing or anything. Then 30 minutes later another pizza arrived. This time was not made the way that I originally ordered the pizza and I got an inferior pizza that was garbage. I would like to be contacted from whoever the general manager is, but I doubt I will have any luck. Y’all fed me and my son raw pizza dough, and then gave me an attitude when I wanted another one, you won’t get another penny from me.

Always good and reliable. Fastest pizza delivery I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Thank you guys!

I really like the chicken Alfredo pasta from Domino's. I usually add extra chicken and extra Alfredo because I prefer my chicken Alfredo to be not so dry. I expressed this to Carlos and Alex that work here and absolutely bless when i ask for this simple request to add just a bit more love to the dish and they do it with great attitude. Love to see this stuff and i appreciate it more than anyone knows. Much love. Keep up the good work.
