This was the worst experience. We were told to wait outside in the cold and rain to avoid crowding the lobby, even though there were only two other families waiting. There was plenty of room inside. We decided to leave and won't be returning. The service was rude and the atmosphere was unpleasant. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.
