Bidra med feedbackThis roadside Pancake House is an excellent place for breakfast and they have it all! Something delicious for everyone!
We found this great little place on our way home from our trip to sevierville. What brought us there was that it was dog friendly. We had nice outdoor seating. Our waiter was super friendly and welcoming. Great food and even better service! Our Lola was well loved by staff as well and they brought her water.
We ate there for breakfast yesterday morning 8/20/23 and the host wasn’t friendly, made us feel unwelcome when seating us, the service was extremely slow we were there for an hour and 10 minutes before receiving our food! The pancakes were burnt, the waffles were too hard to eat, the biscuits are out of a can, the sausage was cold and the bacon was almost black! There was only four of us and the bill was over $80 !!! I never complain about a high bill as long as the food and service was good, but I literally feel like I was robbed! When the cashier asked how everything was I told her about it and I got the cold shoulder! This is the first time I’ve ever left a review about a restaurant because everyone has their good and bad days! But this place is without doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had my entire life!!!And I’ve NEVER seen a server stack the plates on top of each other to bring your food out! Very unprofessional
Had oatmeal and bacon because there were no real good options for gluten-free.
We ate here very early on a Friday morning while on a trip to Townsend. There weren’t many people eating so we almost had the place to ourselves other than what seemed to be a nice local couple (the servers recognized their car and called them by name). From the moment we walked in, everyone was very welcoming and kind, they even turned on our little girls favorite cartoon! The food came out extremely quick, it was all very fresh and flavorful! The cook even came out and wished us a good day and thanked us for coming in. It was a great atmosphere! Definitely will be back on our next trip to Townsend!
