Gelatissimo Townsville

We went to Gelatissimo on a Friday afternoon a few weeks ago, it was a special treat for our family as its too expensive to do very often. We were so excited to see such a huge range of dairy free flavours to choose from. Not only that but the service couldn't be faulted. The lovely lady that served us was patient attentive while each of my kids chose their sorbet, she was also very polite happy. When I asked her not to pile the sorbet over the top of the cup for my 2 littlies she happily obliged then gave me a discount at the register. I'm so impressed, she made a special experience for us that much nicer with her excellent customer service. Well done Gelatissimo for teaching your staff so well :

Last minute decision to bring the kids down late yesterday for a treat. We drove all the way in from north shore. Staff were very friendly and patient with the kids and well worth the drive! Thanks so much

My mother buy a one litre take home pack, and she told me that the gelato was the best she had in a long time.

This place has a great atmosphere and sell fantastic icecream. Go there everytime im in townsville.
