Mr Young Chinese restaurant

This restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and there is ample parking available. If you're in the mood for a delicious Chinese meal with plenty of options to choose from, I highly recommend this place.

My go-to Chinese takeaway in Townsville! If I want good Chinese food, I head over here! The Su family co-run the establishment and the people who run Mr Young have been in the Townsville food scene since they opened up their original Chinese Tea House establishment all those years ago near the old Sizzlers. Their fried tofu and the chicken dishes I've tried are amazing. Decor of the interior is very very basic so I normally just do takeaway but it's a quiet and clean place so you'll definitely be able to enjoy your food dining in too! Would recommend

Worst chinese Ive ever had! Crispy beef with plumb sauce had nothing crispy about it. The wierdest crispy beef Ive ever seen and tasted! Dripping in oil and chunky soggy beef. Rice was burnt and tasted wierd, chicken and corn soup tasted wierd. Spring rolls ok though!

Most authentic Chinese around love their range ... but also has the usual 'safe ' menu options for those less adventurous palates. Always freshly cooked and delicious esp their hotpots. Have never been disappointed.
