Insomnia Cookies - Towson

This place is terrible, super slow, a mess. The woman behind the counter was polite but seemed not to know how to work the register or where anything was. They were completely out of ice cream. The guy in front of me gave up after they were out of his 4th request. We?ve also had bad experiences with gift orders. It just seemed dirty and disorganized, like there is no management or training. Avoid this place and this franchise. And if you are going to charge $1.75 to $3.50 for a cookie you should at least get a fast and friendly experience. Good cookies but not worth the price or hassle.

I went at 11:30 to get an ice cream sandwich and was told they don?t do ice cream cause they were about to close. They close at 1. It should be on the menu that an hour or two before closing they don?t serve ice cream or any ice cream related products. I left came back the next day 15 minutes after they were supposedly open. The doors locked, no one is in there and there no note on the door saying they?re closed for the day. If this is their normal I?m glad I haven?t tried their cookies yet.

I ordered cookies from here and was not texted or notified when my late cookies finally arrived. I went outside of my house and they were on the ground, opened and covered in ants! Grubhub said it?s not their fault or the drivers so I lost $20 and Grubhub and Insomnia lost my respect and me as a customer. Could?ve given the Refund or better yet rang the doorbell, called or texted to say the order arrived. Could?ve put it on the table and not the floor.

Best cookies in the world! The snickerdoodles will make you just crave more and more of them. This location has always has good quality food. Parking...ehhh that's a bit of a pain sometimes but worth it for the cookies!

Let me wait in line and order before telling me no cash. What a waste of time and they were out of half the cookies I wanted anyhow. Maybe other locations are better but this one is extremely disappointing
