When they come to toyama, this restaurant the most try nr. 1 without doubt! it was a business trip, we came to visit our supplier masuizumi. the wet has made a reservation here and prepared the whole series of the Sake pairing. you can feel that the chef puts a lot of heart in his eating, and he spent some time to know every taste of the love we wanted to drink for pairing, so he made an excellent meal for us. chef speaks English well, and he was very nice, friendly, professional and helpful.
