Starbucks - Trabuco

I was shocked at the employees lack of friendliness at this Starbucks! Everyone looked upset, no smiles or greeting from the time I arrived to leaving. It wasn't busy and I walked right up to place my order. As I waited for my order, I asked an employee a question and she rolled her eyes, which made me feel I was bothering her. They deserve a 1 star but I give a 3 because the beverages were prepared perfectly, great taste!

Great fresh coffee products, and the service is excellent!

I have been to this Starbucks location a number of times and I have never had a bad encounter here. The store manager has given my daughters stickers on a number of occasions, the staff is always engaging and sweet to me and my girls, but today was the absolute best customer service I have ever had! I am feeling sick and my friend wanted to order me a drink and some goodies to be delivered but she was unable to find a Medicine Ball on the food delivery apps so she called the store and spoke with Shaylin and told her the situation. She said she would be on the lookout for her order and would change the drink to what I wanted and my friend thanked her and told her she was helping out a sick Mama with 2 little ones at home. Sure enough, I got delivered a medicine ball, all the goodies my friend had ordered and she even threw in a sweet note, some seasonal temporary tattoos (that my daughters had a blast putting on their hands and arms) and 2 gift cards. This completely made my day and I cannot thank my sweet friend, Shaylin and the Starbucks team at this location enough for their kindness. Thank you all! I greatly appreciate it!

Cafe Lata very weak. Taste like hot milk even after second effort.Usually satisfactory. Not today.

Not your normal Starbucks friendly employees. I was the only person in line and stood there while the cashier finished her conversation with another employee. Very short and seemed annoyed I was there. Without getting into a long review staff was not friendly, but the drinks were good.Also, another employee was filling I'm guessing the refresher pictures and the water started overflowing in the mix because she was doing something else. She comes back and it had been overflowing and she just took it out. Put a lid on it and put it on the back counter with the rest of them, so whoever is getting a refresher with that flavor is probably gonna have a really weak one.
