Bidra med feedbackLate Post from August 23rd: There weren't many options available at the lodge, especially since we were told that reservations were required in advance. I ordered the Tundra Chicken Caprese, along with a mixed green salad and a classic Caesar salad. Both salads were satisfying and well-prepared. My partner ordered a beer, though I can't recall which one. Our server, Ann, was friendly and even surprised my sister-in-law with ice cream for her birthday! As for the ambiance, the restaurant is called 20,320 Alaskan Grill, named after the height of Denali. It's decorated with mountain climbing themes and features artifacts from actual Denali ascents. They have a tempting selection of appetizers and entrees that are sure to delight your taste buds!
At this upscale restaurant, I was disappointed to find the worst fish and chips I've ever had. The layer of cod was extremely thin, overshadowed by a thick layer of batter. I've had frozen fish sticks from the store that tasted far better.
I had an excellent experience with a wonderful server and prompt food service. Our main course arrived before we had finished our appetizers, which was impressive. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a 4 out of 5.
Nice place good atmosphere, ordered the half salad and smoked salmon chowder. It's very rich chowder, but I like that myself. Others may not. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
One is kind of stuck up at this lodge as to food choices. Prices are high for food that is just ok. There are a lot of people up here and the wait can be long. I mean this is a big business, supposedly they were short staffed. Now the waitress we had was great. She was helpful and pleasant. Food was fair. Had a burger that was dry but was ok..Not many other places to eat up here so good luck. Food: 2
