Mcdonald's Traralgon

Visits for breakfast on the way through the southern NSW. Maybe the cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited! The staff was friendly and polite. Food quality was great! Was really impressed.

Today I was served by a young boy Ethan at Traralgon East Mc Donald’s. This review is to say what a wonderful asset he is to the store. Ethan was so impressionable I had to send this review. Ethan welcomed us all to the counter and was honestly the most happiest person I have ever encountered at the checkout. He even made my kids laugh and me too with just being so incredibly happy to serve us. I was so impressed with his service and communication. I went on to watch him multi-task more orders as I waited and he was also helping serve both the orders he had made and the drive-through. It was so lovely to have witnessed such a beautiful young man greet each person at the counter and even offering service to deliver food to our table because we had to wait extra for something that was accidentally missed from the order. He was going above and beyond to ensure service was achieved in a timely manner and making all his customers were happy. So big thanks and Well done Ethan on your excellent customer service.

I drive through McDonald's almost daily to buy a hot chocolate on my way to work. I always order it the same way; large hot chocolate, full cream milk, half strength add marshmallows. Now depending on which MacDonald's I drive through depends on how much I pay as every store has a different price. This is fine as it only varies by 5 or 10 cents between stores. However, what is not fine, is the additional 40 cents I am being charged each time to play the marshmallow lottery; will they or will they not actually put them in the drink!

Ordered something completely different a quarter pounder with cheese. Which even as a I type that I think of the movie Pulp Fiction. The curfew was made fresh for me and was particularly tasty. I also ordered a chocolate shake which was so rich, creamy and sugary I could barely finish it. The chunk of ‘flake’ chocolate in the bottom was something of a nice surprise. Staff were friendly. Good carpark size. Drive thru available. Kid friendly sky. Wheelchair accessible.

Very busy store .Meals were okay.As a cleaner feel more attention needs to be taken with Store cleanliness as skirting boards don't look as though they have been done in some time. Realise it's a busy store but Management need to be aware of this.
