Wendy's - Traverse City

I 've been here as a customer and to pick up orders as a DoorDasher. Everytime I go they are always unapologetically rude and dismissive. They cut you off when you 're talking and give you rude looks. They also mocked another dasher by saying doordash isn 't a serious/real job . Being rude to customers AND Doordashers is unacceptable and disrespectful. If you 're going to go to a Wendy 's go to the one on Garfiled. They are always friendly and welcoming there.

Been here 7 times now not once have they gotten my order(s) correct and that's even after going back multiple times for one order to get fixed. Food is decent but it's a surprise as to what they will give you. All different orders: Bacon cheeseburger, No bacon Triple cheeseburger, No cheese Double bacon, No bacon for two burgers, third had bacon but no cheese Dave's triple got a single with no cheese Chicken nuggets never got them but got sauce I never asked for Large Coffee with cream cold black coffee, and not even 1/2 full Not one of these ended up being fixed or reimbursed. Avoid! 8th visit and they somehow got the order mostly right so moved them up one star

My go-to order from here is the pretzel bacon pub. So tasty and filling. The last time I dined in here, one of the managers came up to me and asked how everything was and if I needed anything. Top tier Wendy's for sure.

Ok. This location hands down is my favorite in town. I just got a $3 breakfast bacon croissant delicious! The burgers the best! Inside is always clean, food accuracy and freshness are spot on! Kudos to the mgt. staff, you are appreciated!

Used the drive thru. The lady taking the order was nice. The guy at the window not so much. Was given the food but apparently the window guy forgot to get the drinks ready. Had to ask for them. The. Wait for those to be filled. We already waited for the nuggets to fi ish cooking. Think they could have had the 2 fountain drinks ready to go. Oh and don't need to ask for extra ice 3/4 of the cup was just that.
