Mcdonald's - Trenton Canada

Waited over 20 minutes after paying at the drive-thru. When my order was handed to me it was missing items. When I went in to retrieve the rest of my order there were a lot of flies for the end of September. That’s when I saw the employee that brought my order out to my car coughing all over her hands and then handling food without washing them. My rating reflects a 1/5 for a McDonald’s, for reference, I would consider a 5/5 for a McDonald’s to be on par with a 2/5 for any half decent restaurant so if I could rate this experience as lower than 1/5 I would.

Well what can you say about McDonalds. Good food when you're in the mood! Service is usually fast, drive thru is not bad. People are friendly.

Teenagers working don't seem to care much about the customers... Hire more adults and pay them better than minimum

The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond used very kind words and made us feel welcome. They were quick to wipe down our table and have good conversation!The atmosphere was great too the play place and table set up here is great to watch the kiddos play! Probably one if the best McDonald's I've been to.

Slow service, and they mess up your order, not to mention the delay to get your food, not every mcdonalds is a hit sadly.
