Italian Peoples Bakery - Trenton

During our trip to Trenton, my husband, who grew up in the area, took me to this delightful place because I was in the mood for a tasty pastry. I opted for a cannoli with a chocolate shell and vanilla filling, and it was absolutely delightful. The shell was perfectly crispy and crumbly, while the filling was indulgently rich and sweet—all for just $4. We've already made plans to come back for sandwiches before we head out, especially since my mother-in-law had one and we regretted not trying it ourselves. My only minor issue is that the location isn't very accommodating for those with disabilities. Thank you for the delicious treat and wonderful service—we’ll definitely return!

I traveled all the way from Pennsylvania just to visit this bakery, and it was well worth it! The antipasto hoagies were incredibly tasty, and the prices were excellent. There’s a vast selection of options to choose from! Although I didn’t try any desserts during my visit, the assortment of cakes and other treats looked amazing. They even sell NJ lottery tickets! I highly recommend this place!

I visited the bakery to get a vanilla cupcake, and once again, their baked goods impressed me. They also offer some fantastic specialty items. Today, I picked up my birthday cake, and I can't emphasize enough how much I love this place. I had an idea in mind, and their baker turned it into a stunning reality. She did an incredible job, and I truly adore my cake. A quick tip – be sure to give them at least a week's notice for specialty cake orders. This bakery is my go-to for life!

Never had anything that I didn't like. Their sandwiches are fantastic and I cant help myself from getting tiramisu every time I come.

I'm visiting from Dallas. My sister in law says this is the best place for a hoagie. The hoagie was delicious, the bread was fresh and the meat was sliced just right!!!
