Jersey Mike's Subs - Trexlertown

Great service every time I go to this location. Friendly environment and quick service.

Ordered a 200$ order and the sandwiches sucked. no oil no vinegar no mayo. I asked for ONLY one sandwich to have everything on the side. I ordered a cheesesteak for myself and they gave me a cold-cut roast beef with cheese..... NOT THE SAME. Thankfully the manager on site when i called felt bad and was able to comp me a few sandwiches. unfortunately, you let down a HUGE group of people who live/work nearby. honestly, I will not be placing another order for my employees from this location.

Compared to Whitehall Jersey Mike's along 145) it really could not beat Subway. Whitehall Jersey Mike's all three visits was awesome... this Jersey Mike's along Hamilton was no better than competitors but cost twice the amount : I really wanted this location to be as good or better than others.... as of now skip it... go to other sub competitors. :

If I could give them a zero I would for service. They care nothing about their customers. Order was supposed to be done by 630. 645 and still waiting. This is after they said I didn't have an order and drove to the other location. Take your money and appetite somewhere else. Somewhere that cares and realizes your times important.

The crew here is very polite and they are constantly keeping up on clean up and they work well together it seems thank you to Kendal she did a great
