I rented a beer tap for an event. Everything was very good. But I am disappointed because our deposit of 1000 euros was cashed by mistake. An error happens. The store manager did not take this error seriously. He just sent me an email to let me know and ask for my rib to give me back the amount. The least you could have done was to call me to apologize in person and take steps as quickly as possible. We are talking about 1000 euros!!! I had to call back twice and after 5 days the store manager told me once again by email that I still had to wait for the transfer!! Fortunately, after another call from me, I had the chance to meet Grégory on the phone, the manager of all the V and B stores. And he managed to find a solution and I had the transfer in 1 hour. Thank you very much to Gregory for his listening, his understanding and his speed. Too bad this was not done from the start by the store manager.

Very friendly! Nico and the rest of the staff are very cool, super welcoming, and give very good advice! We don’t just come to order and have a drink! We come to share a very nice moment! Nice establishment that we have frequented since its opening. The shop is superb: full, clean and quality merchandising. It's the pub that disappoints me more and more. The table top sticks and the floor is dirty. Outside, we had to clean up to get settled. We consumed next to a dozen glasses and the unfinished boards of previous customers. And when the staff brings us our flames, he clears 4 glasses and prefers to take a cigarette break rather than finish serving. And yet, the crowds allowed it...with organization, determination and management, this relaxation area would become very pleasant again. Certainly it's not a starred restaurant but an ERP where the customer expects something other than a good beer and technical knowledge. Wishing that this opinion will serve to find our stars.
