I ordered takeout 3 orders loco rice with chicken they changed me $58.89 l. Didn't notice till I checked my bank account and it was double the menu price!! That 2 times they did this to me!! I will never by food from these idiots again!!

I give it a 1 star for horrible customer service. we got there before the lobby was closed an was told we couldn't be served because the server didn't wanna have to clean another table.

Yes! Made fresh, to Order I watched meals being prepared while doing some Work in the Kitchen.

I called in the order and my boyfriend picked it up on his way home from work. I chose the food from the Jalisco website menu so I knew the approximate cost it would be but we were charged about $12.00 more! I called them back to ask about the charges and was told they raised their prices like 3 weeks prior but didn't change it on their website. Not good business standards in my book!

Be absolutely sure you specify if you want a smaller portion. When they take your order, they'll assume you want the most expensive option if you don't.
