Bethel Vegetarian Restaurant

The restaurant is lacking in atmosphere and is located off the main road. The service was very slow and the food was just average. It could use some improvement.

On a recent visit to Kovalam, we dined at Bethel on three occasions: we found that the food and service far exceeded that found on the sea-front.

Our return to our favourite veggie restaurant didn't disappoint. Friendly and welcoming, the food is superb. Freshly cooked and tasty with a huge menu of different dishes to choose from. The updated decor and new furniture added to a relaxing evening. We look forward to many more visits during the next few weeks.

You can't beat this place for a great value for your money. Food is tasty, fresh and good portion size. We have eaten here 3 times, love the veg biriyanni,aloo gobi. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. Staff are helpful just ask for advise on dishes. We will be back many more times during our visit to Kovalam.

This place is the best in all of Kovalam, a vegetarian restaurant. The dishes are very fresh and the quality is evident. I tried many dishes, all of them delicious. The staff is incredibly kind. I absolutely recommend trying it.
