The Chiemgau natural meat is a larger sausage and meat producer. Basically, I'm making a bow around such larger sausage manufacturers. When shopping at the Bioladen Dottenfelderhof, however, I took some of this unintentionally. The Chiemgauer Edelsalami of beef has tasted very well.

The country steak was nothing but a steak. I would have understood it would have been offered as roasts. Rarely I had such a tough piece of meat, its cut shape was already suspicion, but it is sold explicitly for grilling. Shame.
Yesterday Steaks bought miserabel! We fed it to the dog because it was so tough and I am not an inexperienced cook and the taste was like a 15 years milk cow never again.
