Sonic Drive-in - Troup

Every time we visit, the food is served cold and the meat is dry, whether it's the chili dogs, burgers, or sliders. The only decent items on the menu are the cheddar puffs and mozzarella sticks. I've given this place too many chances in Troup, TX. They take the food back after serving it and just send out the same poorly prepared dishes again. It’s simply unacceptable. I've deleted the app and I’m done with this restaurant.

I really try to make use of places that eat the doubt very quickly because I have worked it, and especially sonic because I have worked for another twog when my first job was after the realization that the ice I ordered today was corrupted, I was like that?s rather rough, but they know it happened. then I sucked some gooey in my water, opened my cup and found my lemons to form? I don't want to say that I don't go back to sonic drive in troup, texas evaaaaaaaaaaaaa? I didn't want to mention it if I were the circumstances I'm going to say I have a pretty strong, not much really upset it. my man and I ate there a couple of days ago, the order was wrong, second the eating was terrible. It tasted as if it was under the warmer for hours (and I am pretty sure it did because they were our food literally 5 minutes, and we both ordered fried food) and both my men and my likes were so torn by him

Terrible experience, came by and the parking was almost empty. waited 30 plus minutes for our food on hahn. this place continues to go downhill. I'm not back.

Every time I ever had a problem, they fixed it. it's always delicious. very good sonic.

Bree working at 5:30pm on Sunday 06/05 had HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered food she came out asked us to check our bags so we did. Missing extreme tater tot 's honey mustard. She said I didn 't ring up extreme. I said yes ma 'am, you repeated medium extreme tater tot on the intercom. She then says she 'd make them comes back with regular mustard. I said- I asked for honey mustard, may I please get that? And she says in a snarky manner If I can find it. She then comes back with the honey mustard a small not medium extreme tot with no fork. At this point, I just leave. Won 't be back to this location! Unbelievable.
