Sonic Drive-in - Troup

Ordered 2 shakes and they were sour!! Almost tasted alcoholic like fireball. Not sure what was going on here but it was awful. Maybe the milk/ice cream was expired but the shakes were terrible. Was told it was because of “carbonation” however we’ve ordered shakes there before and it’s never been like this.

I ordered my food through the Sonic app which is cheaper...yes. Was it was ready when we arrived...also yes. But my burger didn't have the bacon on it(which charged extra), and came with ketchup when on the app doesn't even show ketchup comes on it. Then my milkshake was already melted by the time I got it which wasn't but maybe 5mins when I placed my order.

Verizon offers no cell service in Troup so the app and its offers are useless. Tonight, the employee with the headset had gotten fed up with a rude customer so he was not taking any new orders. When he finally decided to go back to work, we had already been waiting for ten minutes. Our orders are always incorrect, missing something, or delayed.

Austin is always very helpful!! The service is excellent at this location, and it's fast. I give five stars. Give this young man a raise haha.

Servers come out with a smile usually. We my husband. I really like the iced french vanilla coffee. The price is a bit high but it's oh, so good! (My dog really likes the Sonic quarter pound dbl cheeseburger on the value meal)!
