Maggiano's Little Italy - Troy

The food was excellent, we had the $43.00 plates for two. This included salad, bread, lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs. The food was hot, actually brought out by a chef. The waitresses were busy there were only 2) with approximately 12 tables. We did have to wait for drinks and bread, but the food was immediately served by a chef/cook. Portions are large and we were able to take home to enjoy another day. We will return

The last time we were here was over 3 years ago and we loved the place. We're happy to say they haven't lost their touch, we still love it. I had the linguine del mare which was chock full of mussels, clams and several shrimp. There was lobster in it too, but as you might guess in modest quantity. It was absolutely delicious and was enough for three meals for me, I kid you not. My wife had the gnocchi which was as good as gnocchi could be. For dessert I had a great tiramisu and my wife had a phenomenal chocolate cake with mousse filling. It was an outstanding meal. The service was excellent as well. We would definitely come more often if we didn't live so far away.

We had great service by Pat even though she was extremely busy, and there were 9 of us. I got the Parmesan Cod which was very tasty but very little of it. There should have been something else on the plate like spaghetti noodles, or potato or something. It was more like an appetizer than a meal, and cost $16.99. Waaaay to much for the portion,. I will only return if this is where the group is going.

This restaurant was almost empty but we were forced to wait for 10 minutes and then seated at the worst table just outside the kitchen door. Food was average, service was terrible and it sucked we had to go to the bar for drinks before they would seat us inorder to increase their revenue. I think you can do better elsewhere

I visited Maggiano’s with my wife and some friends. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. It has a traditional Italian restaurant vibe. The service was very good. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. I had a filet mignon and it was cooked exactly as I had ordered it. The Italian salad was really good. The cheesecake is some of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Maggiano’s.
