Mission Bbq - Troy

I pre ordered online, not a busy time of day 2:30 pick up. Order wasn 't ready, finally ready around 2:48p as they were waiting on fries (I used to work food service, fries are ~3 minutes).The odd thing is the BBQ pork sandwich was then cold, also dry as they don 't add sauce. There is plenty of staff, at least 5 people behind the counter most seemed to be prepping for ???I went to the one in Northville before and it was excellent. The Mac and Cheese was good, that 's all I can say about this location. Pack your patience

Friendliest welcome we have ever received at a restaurant. Very good food. The Mac and cheese was very yummy, as was the brisket and sausage. Wish it was a little closer to our home.

We’re so so happy we chose Mission BBQ to cater our wedding! They had frequently catered weddings at our venue before, and they knew exactly what to do. It was the one thing we knew we didn’t have to worry about on the big day, because they were completely on top of everything. We got so many compliments on how great the food was! Liz, the catering manager, was so awesome. Mission BBQ was definitely the MVV (Most Valuable Vendor) of the day!

My 1st time visiting a Mission BBQ and I have to say, I would give 10 stars if I could. Miss Robin took my order and also took the time to answer all of my questions while providing great recommendations. Miss Erica when handing me my food announced they threw in 2 strawberry shortcake desserts for me, as I had to try them! These ladies were so amazing, I made sure to tell them that too. I will be back based on their service and kindness alone. Thank you Erica and Robin!

It’s our first time in this place and we had such a great experience! Everyone has been very nice and helpful. They gave us a thorough explanation about their menu. Special shout out to Mr. Will Matthews! He’s one of the nicest people we’ve met! Thank you for the wonderful service and very awesome bbq’s and all!
