Bidra med feedbackThis small restaurant not held a Franco-Russian couple is a culinary journey: Mr is at the service and Mrs. He welcomes you with a smile and explains the dishes with passion. Madame cuisine with talent: the tastes are pronounced and the quantities copied. After a few hours spent in this small restaurant, you feel like home while travelling to this great country of the east that is russia. brief, a wonderful moment
I was afraid to eat coarse, sergeant. I was afraid to discover Russian cuisine. I discovered a fresh, delicious, fine but tasteful and generous cuisine. The purée reminded me of that of my grandmother.... of simplicity but elaborated, sincerity, conviviality... impeccable service, very little waiting, very pleasant bosses!
It is quite a surprise to find Siberian specialities in the old town of Troyes and well worth a visit. Charming host and his wife does the cooking. I have no idea what half the things we ate were, but they all looked very good and had interesting flavours. The dishes were explained to us in great detail, but there were so many choices that it was difficult to remember what was in each dish. A novel experience and definitely worth a visit. Good soups and a choice of Russian beers in addition to the usual varieties.
Very warm and excellent meals fresh products and a very good welcome to discover, want to come back very soon.
