The exterior may seem ordinary at first glance, but inside, it's a vibrant and spotless space. The service was incredibly friendly, and the food arrived quickly—but not too quickly, indicating freshness. I ordered the chicken with Naan bread and rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The spices were perfectly balanced, with each dish offering a unique blend of flavors and a delightful aroma. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes. This place is fantastic and definitely worth a visit!

Mehfil Bistro is the new name of this restaurant, which has been under new ownership since July 2021. We had a wonderful dining experience! The Lamb Korma was incredibly tender, practically melting in your mouth, and the Shrimp Tikka Masala was delicious. We also enjoyed a basket of assorted Naan, and the onion Naan was the best I've ever tasted! David couldn't wait to dig in. Everything was fantastic and fresh.

Fantastic flavors and top-notch ingredients. Friendly staff. The food is warm and delicious, perfect for the chilly winter in Truckee. I really hope this place sticks around for a long time!

This is “The Best” Indian Buffett I have enjoyed since being in India. Not too spicy, not greasy. Colorful well balanced menu for vegetarians or regular diets....Chai and Desserts included in Buffett!
