Byrne Dairy And Deli - TRUMANSBURG

Byrne Dairy is open 24 hours a day and is conveniently located on the main street. It features great lighting and always feels safe and comfortable. The store has recently been renovated and offers an excellent selection of gas, food, and bathroom facilities, along with other essentials. I really enjoy visiting Byrne Dairy!

I visit this restaurant frequently, usually for a quick lunch, but today was not quick at all. It took ten minutes for the deli staff to attend to my daughter. They were out of salads, which I understand can happen, but it disrupted our orders. Additionally, there was no free drink with the wraps because, for some reason today, tea didn’t count as it usually has (even though it's the same price as sodas).

On one occasion, I entered the Trumansburg store, and after waiting for about five minutes, the rude employee told me that someone would be with me shortly. After she placed food in the hot case, she shouted at me, saying she'd been working all night and that I could get my coffee and gas. I explained that people come to convenience stores because they’re in a hurry to get to work. In response, she refused to serve me because of my "attitude" and told me to "lose it." I insisted that she either ring me up or I would speak to a manager. Reluctantly, she checked me out while telling me to have a good day and to "lose the attitude." I will be avoiding that Byrne Dairy in the future due to the rude employees.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience at this place that I felt compelled to share. The staff from midday to night are incredibly rude and will even kick you out if you don’t do their job for them. For example, when I asked for five gallons of fuel, they had no idea how to process the transaction unless I guided them through it. When I pointed out their mistakes, they acted childish and refused to come back. I highly recommend finding a different place; there are much better prices and far more professional staff elsewhere.

The service was absolutely terrible. There were three employees behind the counter chatting about meaningless topics, and I had to shout to get their attention. This was the worst Byrne Dairy I've ever visited, and I will never come back again.
