Literally the dirtiest public washroom I have ever seen

Took 10 mins to pour a coffee... this is after waiting 7 minutes in line for them to serve 1

The restaurant was dirty. Fruit fly in tea. Made cold brew wrong. Did not get bun with one soup. did not get right meal at all with one person's. Approximately 8 seasoned fries in dish. Could see bottom of container. Bathrooms are disgusting. Flex seal around sink against the wall and counter.

My partner and I ordered three items: roast beef craveable, BBQ crispy chicken wrap, and a muffin. The craveable was missing cheese and had only one slice of beef which was cold. The wrap had no BBQ sauce. No issues with the muffin. Experience was extremely disappointing. Took our food to go so there wasn’t an opportunity to correct the orders.
