Taco Bell - Trussville

Great chipotle $2 burrito I just had. The people who work here care enough to make each thing neatly. It's not just thrown together. Very friendly also!

The restaurant from first glance was clean and clear of debris. The inside was nice and clean, of course. The weather was quite warm, so the air-conditioning was a plus. The employees were very excited to serve and very attentive. I ordered 5 soft beef tacos, and every bite was delicious. Nice and hot, the tacos were like little pillows of joy headed for my growling stomach. And washed it all down with a ice cold mountain dew. Things could've gone better at that present time. Great meal. ?Parking: Parking was great ?.

I believe the drive thru was made to make it easier, faster, and convenient to get food and go on about your day. Instead the drive thru is where you confirm your order at this location and you have to drive to the parking lot to receive your food, I waited 20 minutes to get my food when there was absolutely no one holding anything up. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention two black workers there have been smoking a joint in their car while I'm just sitting there waiting. If you cannot serve customers in a timely fashion, either shut the business down at a reasonable time, or just demolish the drive thru because at this point there isn't a need for it.

On Sunday, September 3rd, I visited this taco bell. This tacobell was SPECTACULAR. The food literally made me want to drive right back there and order 500 more of the beefy 5 layer burritos and the steak quesadilla. It was simply delicious and whoever was on the grill this night needs a raise IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came through to this location for lunch around 12 PM or 1 PM. The person who took my order was friendly. Food was hot and ready. Pretty much what you would expect and would want to expect from a restaurant.
