El Ranchito Alegre - Tualatin

Had the Birria en Caldo of El Ranchito Alegre for lunch today and it was ON POINT. The consome is authentic and richly spiced and the pieces of meat were huge with a good ratio of meat to fat and bones. There is nothing better for your soul than a slowly baked kiss. The homemade tortillas and salsas are also delicious. I can't wait to try anything!

This place can have all my money, their breakfast burritos are literally the best I’ve ever had. Get them with bacon and sausage. They are like two meals and worth every penny!

This place is for Mexican food, at least in Tualatin and in what I've explored in Portland. How do I know the Birrie? So, it takes great ability to make a good Birrie and this place makes an incredible Birria. Put your hands down. Speaking of the hand made tortillas are the size of your face and delicious.

Legit, authentic, Mexican cuisine. I had the chicharrons y carne asada and it was amazing. It'll be back next time.

The food is incredible! It's definitely the best Mexican cuisine in the area.
