Happy Cafe - Tubigon

I have eaten there 4 or 5 times. It 's a nice place, kinda small and it 's upstairs (the stairs are pretty steep). I 've had the Babyback Ribs they were pretty good, the Cordon Bleu was really good it was cooked well and delicious, they have Ham and Cheese croissants they make them cold with lettuce and tomatoes but, I asked them the hold the vegetables and heat them and they were delicious. My wife had Sinigang Baboy and some Pancit and some other orders, she enjoyed everything. I do recommend this restaurant.

"Pancit menu taste too much salt. Please see to it that salt content in some menu should be controlled or minimal.

I can't praise this little cafe enough. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the ambiance is delightful. Each time we visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about helping us and other patrons. The food is genuinely delicious—don't miss the US ribs; they are the best I've had in the Philippines!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience dining here. They offer unlimited wings, rice, and drinks at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is clean and quiet, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
