Waffle House - Tucker

The cashier was incredibly frustrating. I simply asked if I could add some sausage and a hash brown to my All-Star meal, and he started talking nonsense. In the end, I could only add the hash brown, and I was disappointed to receive just four slices of bacon instead of what I wanted. I won't be coming back. Waffle House should consider giving an intelligence test to their staff before hiring!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I arrived at midnight, and to my surprise, all the staff had decided to take a break together, leaving no one to cook or serve customers. I understand that it's Waffle House, so I don't expect top-notch service, but it was truly unacceptable to completely ignore patrons, especially when the place was already empty and there were 5 or 6 staff members present.

While we waited, she brought us water, and I tried to place our order, but she told me I couldn’t yet. After about 5 minutes, two couples and a man walked in, and suddenly Ivy's demeanor changed. She became very attentive and friendly with them, offering drinks and engaging in conversation. When she returned to our table, her attitude was noticeably different, and I asked her why. Her response was dismissive. To make matters worse, three other customers who had arrived after us received their food before we did. After waiting for 25 minutes and asking to speak to a manager, our food finally arrived, but by then, I had lost my appetite and struggled to hide my disappointment from my children. What was particularly disheartening was that the waitress was another black woman, which made the situation feel even more painful. It shouldn't matter what someone's background is; everyone deserves respectful treatment. Waffle House, please do better.

Stopped by for a quick to-go order, otw back to the hotel... Walked in to order, and discovered that G and Kool-Aid are the Dynamic Duo!! G took and called out our order to Kool-Aid, and Kool-Aid rocked it out on the grill! G even made sure we received condiments, utensils, and extra butter for those Waffles, yum!! The food was truly Waffle House's A Game!! Y'all, I'm so glad that we stopped by this Waffle House, instead of the one closer to the rooms. If we had, we wouldn't have met these 2, that were absolutely running it. You guys are AWESOME!!! Thank you again!!!??

I just sat here for literally 41 minutes and the the server said only one thing to me, and that was it?s going to be a while. I Count 11 people occupying two tables and 1 to go. You have time to laugh with the cooks and one employee just asked me for a lighter for the blunt we just watched him roll?. The only reason I?m not laughing is because I?m so hungry.
