Mod Pizza - Tucson

You’ll get a surprise pizza, not what you ordered. The receipt of what I ordered vs what I got. Not even one ingredient match. Employees, make sure to check that the pizza looks somewhat similar to what’s on paper

I am hoping that someone in management reads my post. I love your restaurant. Have probably eaten in several of your locations 15 total times.Today in Irvington, I almost froze to death again!! I think the thermostat is set at 62Here’s how I was dressed. I ride a motorcycle on short solo trips. I had on full motorcycle gear with 2 shirts, 2 jackets and motorcycle pants and a backpack. You would think, I would remove some of this group! Hell no I ate my pizza and no name cake fully geared up and was still a little cold. There were 2 people in shorts and T-shirts. They never stopped shaking!You guys do a great job on some many thanks. Please adjust your temperature so we don’t get frost bite ?

Staff was kind and was keeping up with the online orders as well as the in store customers. I was greeted as I walked in and food was good:

Terrible service 6 young people hanging around acting silly and customers waiting to give orders! Walked out, will not be going back floors behind counter was filthy and no one cares to sweep or clean up! Need to better supervision of staff

Stopped by MOD pizza for dinner and I must say its good.. For about 12$ dollars u get a 11 inch pizza with all the toppings u want.. The crust was good and crispy added pepperoni, sausage, onions and mushrooms.. Added a coke and it was a good dinner.Vegetarian options: U can make your own pizza don't need to add meat..Parking: Lots of parking..
