Rincon Mountain Grill - Tucson

The menue on line is not the same as the menu what you get. There is no steaks and Ahi Tuna, etc... DO NOT GO THERE! Pizza, subs, and salads. Thats about it. I had the meatball sub, and Subway was 100 times better. It was cold, hardly no sauce and skimpy. The waiter was a real slacker when he did show up. They were not busy and I did not even understand why we were waiting all the time. I can see why they took off a whole lot of items off the menu. Real slackers. I will not go back there. There's a bar down the road that was packed. Yardbird, Go there instead. I should have read the reviews prior going to Rincon Grill-Real slackers and I can see now they don't care. All the members should complain and fire the whole staff. I have some easy suggestions but they don't care.. Slackers.

Had a nice Saturday brunch here with a friend. Great patio with lots of shade and misters. Lots of choices on the menu, reasonably priced.

So so food. The parking, seating and service were all above average but the food was not at the same level. We started with pretzels with beer cheese, the pretzels were good but the cheese was chunky and cold. I ordered a pizza, which was soaked in oil. Each time I would remove a piece from the pan, you could see the entire pan was full of oil. I've never encountered that anywhere here in Tucson. Our waiter was great, he was responsive and helpful. I would not return at this time unless I hear they've scaled down/simplified/redid their menu.

The service was lacking and the food was expensive and minimal. Ordered an Italian sandwich for almost $14.00 and it barely had any meat but a half an inch of tomato! No lettuce, no red onion..not even a pickle! And no side! Way over priced and the quality of the meal was poor. Will NEVER be back! Poor server kept apologizing for things outside his control. Extremely bad experience! He let the management know our displeaser and nothing was done to accommodate. The server was not well trained, served wine without opening or pouring...just put a screw off top bottle on the table. Said sandwich came with French fries even though it did not and then, even after his error, was going to charge us for fries...but the fries took so long to come he then canceled them. Such a bad experience!

Service was okay. Definitely friendly. My medium-well prime rib came out obviously rare which shows a failing of the kitchen and the server. The bartender was really nice but did not appear to be well trained. There are much better options for dining in the area.
