Taco Bell - Tucson

My favorite reason to visit this place is the Doritos Locos Tacos; they are absolutely delicious!

I had a frustrating experience with my order at this restaurant. They messed it up, and when I tried to get help, no one answered the phone despite several attempts to reach them. I strongly recommend that customers double-check their bags before leaving the drive-thru, as I've had similar issues here multiple times.

I occasionally enjoy Taco Bell, but I won't be returning to the one on Thornydale Road. The odor inside was far from what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant; it was quite unpleasant—I'm not sure if it was due to a cleaning solution or something else. The service was also very slow; I noticed there were five employees present but only two customers, including myself. I ordered with the expectation of a quick turnaround, but after 20 minutes, I ended up leaving empty-handed. This Taco Bell on Thornydale simply isn't worth my time. Thankfully, I live on the other side of the city where the Taco Bell on Golf Links has a much better reputation!

Eating was ordinary fast food quality, but no simple flammed half n half for coffee. food: 3/5

I used the kiosk to order and that was very easy to use. Wonderful concept for people who have no idea what they want. I had a rather large order and the staff was absolutely amazing and had it out in just a few minutes. Wonderful service and food was very good.
