Pho And Rice Plate - Tulare

My favorite spot for pho! I've tried pho from several different restaurants, and this place is the best! The combination pho is my absolute favorite!

This place is unbeatable! It serves the best pho I've ever tasted! They’re destined for a breakthrough that will take them beyond their current size. I can't praise this restaurant enough. They have the best pho, the finest Thai tea, and the tastiest egg rolls. The place is impeccably clean, and the broth is simply fantastic. You really feel the difference when you're not here!

The pho broth was slightly darker than usual, but the overall food was delicious. The service could use some improvement, but the owners are very friendly. It's great to have a restaurant that serves excellent Southeast Asian cuisine. I recommend checking it out!

Food taste delicious and fresh. Great food portions for a reasonable price. Only issue is that restaurant closes at 7pm and if you arrived around 6:20 or after they will rush you to eat or denied service. Also I have gone to the restaurant during regular hours of operation and they have been closed. So maybe call ahead to make sure they will be open.

I think these guys could really have something good here. Unfortunately, cleanliness does not seem like a priority at this restaurant. Please clean your restaurant, walls, condiments, napkin holder etc. many items you didn’t have that were listed on your menu. Expensive for the quality and quantity. The crispy spring rolls were the best item I had.
