Bidra med feedbackThe Chick-Fil-A on 41st and Yale in Tulsa is awesome! The employees are all helpful and kind! They are also quick at preparing meals and getting them out in a timely manner. They have done a lot for our school and we greatly appreciate them!
The girl who took my order rushed the hell out me, I told her I wanted to look at the menu and she quickly started asking me what I wanted to start with, so I told her 3 kids meals, she only asks what the drinks were on them, so I had to ask her what meals did she order, the nuggets, ok. Then she goes on to rush my order in and takes my card for the payment. She might as well have slapped me with the card in my face when she gave it back to me. Just plain rude. Then they didn't put any toys in the kids bags...
As a local produce delivery driver for this restaurant, I want to express my appreciation for the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, and I would go out of my way to assist any of them.
This restaurant is fantastic! They mistakenly forgot to include some nuggets in my order. I've rarely had an issue with my orders at Chick-fil-A. I wasn't upset; I simply called to inform them. They apologized and even delivered the missing items right to my house. Now that's what I call great customer service! Thank you!
The staff at Chick-fil-A on South Road is exceptional and the service is outstanding! I recently placed a large catering order and had to change the date because of bad weather. The team was incredibly accommodating; they even called me on the day of the weather to confirm the rescheduling of my order and to check if I was safe at home. This level of customer service is truly fantastic!
