Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Tulsa

I went through the Drive Thru at Popeyes today. When I got to the Window to pay I was singing The Popeye the Sailor Man song. The guy working there looked at me like I was crazy. I asked him if the Popeye the Salior man song was the official theme song for the restaurant. He said no that he had never heard of it. I'm now thinking I should buy a Popeyes franchise and have my employees Memorize and sing the song before they can clock in for work. I would also put spinach on the menu. Popeye is a important part of America history and he should not be forgotten.

The breading is so hard and thick you can't hardly taste their chicken. Their Mac n cheese is just melted cheese with random noodles in it. Their lemonade isn't bad though.

Chicken sandwich used to be good, but then they stopped caring and now it's garbage. Every time I get one, I have to throw half of it away because it's tough/chewy and not appetizing at all. It's sad because their chicken sandwiches used to be the best, now I'd rather get literally any other fast food place's chicken sandwich. The staff is friendly though.

Great experience, great food. The portions were large and fresh and the frits were hot and crispy!
