Costa Coffee - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

Absolutely terrible. I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend on a hot day to get a drink and was extremely disappointed by the service. My drink took a long time to be made, and when it finally arrived, a staff member rudely snatched it out of my hand. My girlfriend had received her drink 20 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, my drink was given to another customer, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to reorder my drink, and when it finally came, it was missing a lemon. My girlfriend also had complaints about her drink having too much whipped cream and not enough flavor. Overall, we had a bad experience and will not be returning. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The coffee was delicious and the only toast option available was white. The toast was cold but still edible. We chose to sit by the window and noticed a significant amount of dry rot in that area. It appears that the building is in need of some maintenance. Without a doubt, Costa is leasing this property.

The waitstaff at this restaurant are incredibly impolite. A young woman with brown hair and a slim build was serving me. She had the nerve to sigh and roll her eyes when I requested a coffee. It is clear that she does not want to be there, but she should either improve her attitude or pass the job to someone who cares.

This costa is not what it was. Customer service is a joke to the point of bullying. I was standing in queue and person asked excuse me I was not standing in the way and he could have easily got past. So in my annoyance I said please rather loudly. This seemed to give the person who served the right to copy my tone of please. Then while I was having my coffee I heard similar pleases partially from both the person who served a burnette and the main one a young blonde with pigtails. Who also looked snug. I will not be returning and will be going to Tonbridge where they know decent customer service.

I ordered a coffee and was told I had a 20 minute wait which wasn’t bad but then the time kept pushing back and pushing back I waited about 40 minutes and told them to forget it!!
