Casa de Uco - Tunuyán

Ignacio made a great impression, always attentive to our needs without disturbing. also the entire staff was supportive. ignacio even remembered our names and remembered how we arranged the dinge. the chef is formidabel. the best empanadas, hot sauce and salate of the region. by far. all dishes are brought with hot plates at a high temperature so that they remain through the meal at good temperatures. the house wines, the various live are excellent. I personally don't still like organic wines for others. the architecture is very modern and appealing, the kamin ideal for a spirit after dinner drink. the surrounding weinberge and the looking on others are breathtaking.

OK we knew it cost $125pp for the vineyard asado however.....we thought we might be in a vineyard, not on a gravel road; meager amounts of meat; but hey good salad. And they actually ran out of white wine it's a bodega, go get...another bottle. Look at my photos and evaluate if this is a $125 lunch!

WE went with a VIP group and had a tasting experience at the highest worldclass standards! Their wines have a very particular style but the experience is a must of your budget allows it!

Beautiful scenery. Cool interior design. High end feel. Good to stay for the night with your partner but lunch was not up to expectations. Food is average . Expensive. And does not match the quality of the place.

The staff is the best. room is new and clean. there are many interesting experiences in the hotel. dinner was pleasant and they did not calculate for their wee. I wish I had stayed longer.
