Don Julio - Tupelo

Would have been a 5 star but the portion sizes are now half the size as they originally were and their prices are high. The food is excellent in regards to flavor and ingredients but paying $14 for half the amount of fajitas is ridiculous.

My husband really likes Don Julio so I have to give in and come eat here a good bit however they're not my go to Mexican restaurant. The food isn't bad it is just hit and miss on portions. I have left there hungry as my quesadilla was pretty much a couple chunks of chicken and little to no cheese. They give tiny bowls of chips to go with the cheese dip and salsa which would be ok if they would come back and refill them. All in all I wouldn't be picking this place if not for my husband, but we all have to compromise sometimes lol

When you want Hispanic food you want flavor, freshness and outstanding service. Don Julio is one of few restaurants that will make you addicted to the food. The host, was highly polite (Hispanic male) I can't remember his name, the waitress on the other hand she was on her game as well. The food brought pleasure to my tummy. The booths chairs seats bar wherever you sit whoever serves you, it'll make you feel like you belong and will just want more and more.

We love Don Julios on S Gloster! Your Fajitas for two are amazing!! They are filled with shrimp, steak, chicken, pineapple, paprika and so much more!! We also love their catering service. You are very accommodating!

Car broke off this restaurant today and decided to try it as I had to wait. I have the best service with the server Claudia. She was really the best. Everything was good and never kept me waiting long. The food was great! Whenever you ask for her!!!
