At 8:30 a.m., I encountered the supervisor, manager, or owner outside, smoking and chatting with a friend. I inquired if they were open, and he replied, "No, not until 10 a.m." This seemed absurd to me. He offered to serve me, but honestly, who turns away customers at 8:30 and then proceeds to smoke and socialize while saying they're closed? I’ve decided I will never visit another Wendy's again; I consider this lost business for good. Any establishment, especially in the food service industry, that can't pause their smoke break to attend to customers has lost my support. Just for the record, it’s now 10 minutes later, and I can still see him standing outside, socializing.
Went through the drive through to get my food and they accidentally forgot to hand me one of my drinks but before I left the parking lot, I saw the manager running towards me with my drink. If that’s not good customer service, then I don’t know what is.
Food was good however our drinks did not get ice because they were out. Also they did not provide any napkins or ketchup and they were out in the dining area.
Wendys is always a great restaurant. This one is the same. Good food, decent price. Staff was. Friendly.
