Bidra med feedbackI didn't have any meals there, but I did borrow the Wi-Fi from the neighborhood. However, during my last visit, I saw some truly beautiful dishes being served.
I love the food and the staff are always great, there must be a BUT to make me take my time to write that. If you have not noticed, you are in one of the BIGGEST college football cities, why does your business not have TV service to show all BAMA games? It's hard to get to the store on GameDay, please don't miss me the game.
Tonight, I chose two subs. I waited for 20 minutes to get 2 subs. There were 6 employees. The service is HORRIBLE!!! There is no urgency. The subs are very good and so I go back. If management does not get a grip on the urgency part, this facility will not last long. Very disappointed in customer service.
The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. The food is prepared promptly and to order.
Inconsistent. I eat here once a week. Some days you can get a sub in 3 minutes. Some days it?s 20. Some days, the drink machine works, but it also may not. Staff will make a sandwich for themselves while customers wait. Just now, a customer returned his sandwich for the second time due to the order including an ingredient he was allergic to, despite having specifically ordered it without. Three stars for sandwich quality service is lacking.
