Fruit Lovely - Tuscaloosa

Service was quick, staff were friendly. I’ve been there a few times since last week and I can tell you I will come back. The açaí bowls are delicious !!!

Toppings are fresh and great, but ever since they switched from Frutta Bowls, the bases have absolutely NO FLAVOR. It tastes like eating bland mush with toppings. I dare you to tell me the acai tastes different than the pitaya. I encourage the owners to go sample other places in town so they know what their competition is serving and why they might be losing business.I will be visiting the other great bowl places in town unless they switch back. It's a shame because I used to go once per week, but not enjoyable anymore. I hope the switch so I can return. Side note, the owner is also quite intimidating.

The fruit bowls were absolutely amazing! I ordered the love big açaí bowl and some PBJ toast. The one thing that stood out to me was the presentation of the food. Lots of places will snap really flattering photos of their food which do not translate over to how they look in person. My order looked EXACTLY like the photos! I spent a good minute just admiring it. Then there was the taste. It was super fresh and exceeded my expectations.I will 100% be a returning customer.
