Impasta - Tuscaloosa

The lady I talked to about my food was rude but overall the food was good and my driver did as instructed.

It was not to good, the sauce was watery and runny and the vegetables were under cooked. The ricotta cheese was not noticed in the lasagna, also not enough meat to sauce in the lasagna

Food is atrocious ordered lasagna and couldn’t even eat it because the noodles were hard as a rock.

I’ve eaten ImPasta regularly over the last year and it has gone from a place that I like to a place I’m not going back. Placed an order for pick up and was told 15-20 min for my order. 17 min later I arrive and pay for my meal. Then they proceed to throw my lasagna together. No hand washing and no gloves. Straight from the cash register and counter to handling ingredients for my meal. I didn’t have time to wait so I left. Called to get a refund hoping to talk to the manager so maybe I could salvage my opinion and continue to be a patron but he couldn’t be bothered to take a call. The other reviews are true. The sauce has become a lot more watery than it used to be and today when I entered one of the guys was standing outside smoking.

They gave me old pasta. It was hard, burned and dried out. The salad was good.
