Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I've visited this restaurant about ten times, and I've yet to have a genuinely good experience. The staff is consistently rude and dismissive. The quality of the food is unpredictable; it often arrives cold. The space itself is small, cramped, and too warm for comfort. They tend to overload drinks with ice, leaving barely any actual liquid. The prices for the food are steep given the quality. Additionally, their mobile ordering system is incredibly inefficient, with long waits despite being told it will be ready shortly. And as for the staff, their rudeness is remarkable. I've seen them carelessly toss food boxes around, and they offer little assistance when asked for help. Overall, it seems they aren't putting in much effort at all.

An absolute staple of on campus dining, this place is one of the best chicken tender spots in town! The food comes out pretty quick, and it's really great too! The only downsides are the weird hours, and the fact it can get really crowded around lunch. Aside from that, great place to stop and grab a bite

The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing, although it took me a moment to locate the restaurant due to limited outside signage. The customer service was excellent as well!

Great food at reasonable prices. The only downside is that it can be quite crowded on weekends.

Everything was hot which is great. The wait was ridiculous. I didn't like batter on chicken.
