Wendy's - Tuscaloosa

We visited this Wendy's drive-thru for a quick snack, and the wait wasn't long at all! After placing our order, we paid at the first window where the gentleman was really friendly. When we reached the main window, we received our order, and after checking it, everything seemed correct and looked great! The young lady serving us was very pleasant and accommodating. Our meals were fresh, hot, and tasted wonderful. Thank you, Wendy's! We were very satisfied!

I really enjoy getting breakfast from Wendy's! It's the most affordable and fastest option when I'm in a hurry at work. I usually go around 6:30, and the staff is always very friendly. However, dinner is another matter; it always takes a long time, even when there are only 1 to 3 people in line!

Not everyone is familiar with the Wendy's menu by heart, so it's frustrating when customers don't know the combo numbers, especially when the sign is broken. It’s a bit exasperating.

I ordered two special Biggie Bags, but when I got home, I discovered that both were incorrect. I even paid extra for bacon on one of them, but there was no bacon included. Additionally, I received all the condiments I didn't ask for, along with onions that I didn't request either. So, everyone, please make sure to check your order before you leave, unlike me.

I had the honey-biscuit meal and it was really enjoyable. The biscuit was delicious, and I particularly liked the potatoes – definitely give them a try! It was around 10 o'clock, and there were only a few cars in the drive-thru, so the service was quick. I apologize for the quality of the photo!
