This ice cream shop is fantastic, but be prepared for some lengthy wait times and slightly higher prices. On the upside, there's plenty of parking available.

Such behavior is completely unacceptable and harms the reputation of the business, whether it’s a corporation or a franchise. This restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star, but I felt it was important to share this review so that others are aware.

The ice cream is simply fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I went during a busy evening and had to wait a little because the process of making the ice cream took some time, and there were several orders in front of mine. Nevertheless, the team put in a lot of effort to complete all the orders as quickly as possible.

As an adult who hadn’t visited since before the pandemic (the last time I was there, the window was broken and there was shattered glass on the floor), I wish I had opted for the "build your own" Rocky Road instead. It was frustrating to see how quickly they were to respond negatively to customers, especially when we should feel comfortable expressing our preferences.

The ice cream here is far too expensive for something that's only marginally better than average! I regret not choosing a California burrito instead of wasting $10 on a sugary treat. Lesson learned. To add to the frustration, I finished my ice cream before my wife's was even ready—it took a long time! My recommendation? Lower the prices (after all, it's just ice cream, not rocket science) and train your staff to serve all items in the same order at once. Customers want to enjoy their treats together, not one at a time. Thank you!
