Tim Hortons - Tweed

Quality of drinks and food have gotten bad over the last two years. The steep tea 90% of Time has grim and crud in the drinks. It’s tiring going back in to have them replace it. Normally they handle it very well try to make a proper one and if it still bad they offer a different solution or money back. However some employees do the opposite and complain that they have to fix something they messed up on and try to claim it’s going to be that way and nothing they can do. Was rude to my husband our recent trip to the place which we are big long term regulars there. Told him they didn’t want to replace it and that if we don’t like it to stop getting it and get bag tea. If we wanted bagged tea we would buy it. Obviously they do not know the difference in there ingredients or how it is or they wouldn’t say that. We have even suggested to have machines replaced if they are indeed cleaning them as they claim. They state they clean the pots but I do not believe they are cleaning out the collected crud inside the machine all the time. I do know many work there who are trying and nice but if they can not proper maintain the quality for what ever reason they should shut down the machines till either taught properly or replace if something is causing this issue constantly. Seriously considering buying the pods and just stop going there as they don’t seem to value customers who have been always nice and spend a lot at their establishment. Very disappointing. I have given a two star due to the lack of care. Again not all employees are mean or not doing a great job just some lacking proper training in areas of quality, cleanliness and customer service.

The staff charged me for a tim but for my puppy. They didn't give it to me and I didn't notice with my whole large order. Came back as I was leaving town with another $20 order. Mentioned the tim bit missing from earlier. Was told they couldn't replace it as I would need a receipt to prove I'm not stealing.... Really poor customer service and really rude. To insinuate I was trying to steal a 30 cent Tim bit after spending over $40 there in one day... Just frustrating since they made the mistake

Workers are nice and the food is fast and delicious.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options

Bathrooms are disgusting. Toilets broken. Floor tiles broken, dosen't look like it's been cleaned for days.
