Chili's Grill - Twin Falls

I had a massive burger—over a pound of meat! I can't recall its name from the menu, but it was definitely large. While it wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever eaten, it was satisfying. I primarily came here to get chocolate cake for my wife.

I enjoy having lunch here, and the onion petals are a favorite appetizer to pair with cold drinks. The service is always quick and welcoming.

Food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. Server was friendly and funny.

We had reservations for a party of 10, but got there to find out that they had no room for us, and another party of 10 had already been seated. While we can't say for sure, there seems to be a good chance the other party of 10 snagged OUR reservation. We ended up calling another restaurant that was able to get us in on short notice. I won't ever go back.

Honestly, really disappointing experience. I used to love Chili 's, but I can see the franchise is definitely going downhill. We arrived with a party of 5 on a very slow Saturday night and the obviously young and inexperienced host was uncomfortable that we were such a large party. Didn 't realize 5 people (2 of them kids) was a large party, but it didn 't make us feel too welcome. The rest of the staff was also very young and inexperienced and not very friendly. We had to wait far too long for someone to even come to our table to take our drink order (again, empty restaurant), and the food was just mediocre. The tables and chairs were gross and sticky, and there were food crumbs on the floor. Overall, this trip was not great, and the previous times I 've done take-out orders, it was also subpar. I won 't be back.
